After obtaining his Degree in Business Administration from Regensburg University of Applied Sciences, Hermann has worked more than 25 years for international companies, where he has acted as head of administration as well as CFO. In these functions he also gained extensive experience in due diligence, acquisition and restructuring as well as operational and legal integration of companies over the course of 9 company-acquisitions (e.g. Mallinckrodt, Sherwood Davis & Geck, U.S.-Surgical). While Hermann's core competence is finance, he also has practical experience in HR, IT, purchasing, warehousing and distribution.
